£7million Gudjohnsen to spark Liverpool title bid?  

Liverpool Football Club would love to team Eidur Gudjohnsen with Fernando Torres.
 

Spanish international Torres has been in superb form for the Reds since arriving from Atletico Madrid in the summer, with the fans on The Kop wasting no time in taking him to their hearts.

However, the striker is still to find his perfect partner in Rafael Benitez's side, with Peter Crouch in and out of the side, Dirk Kuyt having a poor season, and Andrei Voronin proving to be rather hit-and-miss.

It is being reported that Benitez is keen to add former Chelsea striker Gudjohnsen to his squad, and will ask Barcelona for the loan of the player until the end of the season with the view to a permanent transfer.

The Icelandic international has failed to nail down a regular starting place at the Camp Nou since his move from Stamford Bridge eighteen months ago, and he may jump at the chance of a return to the Premier League.

60% vilja flugvöllinn í Vatnsmýrinni

Í Fréttablaðinu í gær var birt skoðanakönnun varðandi Reykjavíkurflugvöll.   59,6% telja að framtíðarstaðsetning miðstöðvar innanlandsflugs eigi að vega í Vatnsmýrinni, 20,7% vilja að það verði flutt til Keflavíkur, 8,9% á Hólmsheiði og 10,8 annars staðar.

Mér finnst persónulega að allir landsmenn ættu að fá tækifæri til þess að kjósa um Reykjavíkurflugvöll í forseta kosningunum í vor.
